    I started Rover to fill the gap between these three types of organizations. Rover provides trained business and IT professionals on an interim, support-on-demand basis, using a cloud-based delivery model – online, via email and (where necessary) teleconference. As a Rover client, your project will have an assigned project manager 🙂 who will personally deliver your assignment. Even in cases where the input of additional specialists is necessary, your project manager will manage, review and integrate the work of any specialists involved into a complete and finalized work product.

    Rover project managers are well-educated, highly skilled 😀 business and IT professionals. For example, I gained my Big 4 / Tier 1 professional services experience at CSC, KPMG and Oracle as a consultant, team leader, project manager and practice director. My credentials include an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, CBAP (Business Analysis), PMP (Project Management) and Six Sigma Black Belt business certifications; IT certifications from Microsoft (MCP: Requirements and Solution Architecture), Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP and Siebel; and leadership skills developed in US Marine Corps officer candidate training and refined as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers.

    RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS

    Our rates are based on the type of work being done and the size of the project. Rates start at USD$50/hour for virtual assistant tasks, for example, with somewhat higher rates for business analysis, IT project management and other highly-skilled project staffing requirements. Where a team of contractors is involved for a custom project, we normally will pass the cost through directly to the client with a modest management percentage. We normally use PayPal to settle obligations, but we also use all major outsourcing/freelancing platforms including Freelance, Guru, Remote and Upwork.
